Workflow

From authorized listing to reviewed Pin

A controlled path: connect, sync, generate, approve, then publish with clear status at every step.

  1. 01

    Create a workspace

Create an account, verify email, set the workspace name and timezone, and choose initial brand rules.

  2. 02

    Connect Etsy

Click Connect Etsy, review requested permissions on Etsy’s site, and return to BrandMilo. The app validates OAuth state, exchanges the authorization code, encrypts tokens, identifies the authorized shop, and shows connection status.

  3. 03

    Synchronize active listings

BrandMilo imports active listings in pages, normalizes content, stores permitted listing and image data, and displays a sync summary. Repeated syncs update existing records instead of creating duplicates.

  4. 04

    Generate a Pinterest draft

Select a listing and optional content template. The system creates a background job, sends a limited set of listing facts to the configured AI provider, validates structured output, and saves a draft.

  5. 05

    Review and approve

Compare the generated copy with the source, edit any field, choose an image, select a Pinterest board, and approve the draft only when it is accurate.

  6. 06

    Publish now or schedule

For scheduled publication, BrandMilo stores a UTC timestamp. A background dispatcher claims due publications and calls Pinterest’s Create Pin endpoint. The app records published, failed, cancelled, or unknown-result states.

  7. 07

    Monitor and improve

Review publication history, retry eligible failures, disconnect integrations, and in Phase 2 use analytics to improve templates and posting choices.

Scheduling is application-side

When you schedule a Pin, BrandMilo stores the selected time and sends the approved Pin to Pinterest when the job becomes due. This is not described as a native Pinterest scheduling feature unless a provider endpoint explicitly supports it.
